WHO WE ARE
& OUR PRINCIPLES

With the goal to connect students with the latest technologies, develop their interest and experience of latest technologies, creating an integrated community having a bend for IT and related technologies , we started Microsoft Technical Community, DITUniversity (MTC DITU). Community with whom, students can learn technologies that interest them, work with other developers and network with other students.

The MSPs believe in connecting each and every student at DIT University. We aim at knowing their personal tech interest. Regular surveys are being conducted by us to understand the crowd better and come up to their expectations. We try to conduct maximum number of workshops/events possible in a semester according to our academic calendar. We always ensure to get our audience satisfactory knowledge with holistic environment.

OUR JOURNEY

MSP Summit

The MSP Summit was held on the 28-30 September 2017. It was held at Bits Pilani.There were sessions held on augmented reality, Unity. The Hololens session was a dream come true. The LinkedIn session was a boost up to the whole Summit. It was really an astounding and amazing experience for the Microsoft Student Partners.

MSIntro SP

we conducted our first 6 hours session on Microsoft Technologies, introducing HoloLens, Unity, Xamarin, Git and Office 365 to the participants. We discussed about Microsoft Virtual Academy, Imagine Cup and Microsoft Student Partner program with the students. It was just not the event that we conducted successfully but the amazing response of eagerness to learn and experience, among the students.

Hour Of Code

We MSPs of DIT University, Dehradun conducted an Hour of Code on 12th December, with the students of ‘Rajkiya Poorv Madhyamik Vidyalaya’, Dehradun, a state government run school with minimal resources to educate students.

    MSIntro SP

The event was a massive hit among the students with a participation level of 120+ students. It was just not the event that we conducted successfully but the amazing response of eagerness to learn and experience, among the students.

    Hour Of Code

    With total of 3 dim-lit classrooms and soon to give-up furniture, a computer lab with no working computers. And with the best possible resources they have of education, they lacked even enough practical usage of computers and an almost nil know-how of internet.
